The newly remodeled Willow's Nest is conveniently located one block from downtown Yellow Springs and sits across from a park setting. The house is nestled on a quiet street, with a wooded, cozy yard that includes a small fire pit and chairs. The yard is enclosed with fencing. The Roost entrance is through the back gate and side french doors. It has its own landing and parking area. The Willows's Nest has occupancy for up to 4 bedrooms. The Roost is a one  bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room, bath, and dining room that can sleep up to four. All units have bedding, towels, full kitchens with utensils, coffee supplies, coffee pot, water distillers, and shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toiletry needs. Also, if you need a bike, let us know and we can leave one or two out for your use during your stay.

The Willow's Nest
The weekday rate is $75 for Sun-Thursday & $90 for Fri-Saturday for the 1st floor unit with one bedroom containing a full size bed.

The Willow's Nest + Master
The weekday rate is $110 for Sun-Thursday & $125 for Fri-Saturday for the 1st floor unit with an additional upstairs bedroom (queen) & additional bath.

The Willow's Nest Whole House
The weekday rate is $150 for Sun-Thursday & $175 for Fri-Saturday. This rental sleeps 9 (1 queen, 2 doubles, a twin with trundle, and sofa) with 2 baths. Please call or email to book.

The Roost
The Roost is a one  bedroom (double bed), second floor apartment with a kitchen, dining room, living room with futon that can sleep up to four (with futon).  The weekday rate is $75 for Sun-Thursday & $90 for Fri-Saturday.
